図は本考案に係る光フアイバ分波器の一実施例の構造を
示す断面図である。 １：波長入１、入２の光波入射ファイバ、２：波長んの
光波出射ファイバ、３：波長入、の光波出射ファイバ、
４ａおよび４ｂ：波長入□の光は反射し、波長んの光は
透過するような波長選択特性を有する誘電体多層膜、５
：波長入、の光は透過し、波長んの光は反射するような
波長選択特性を有する誘電体多層膜、６：ファイバコア
と同程度の屈折率を有する接着剤、θ：波波長１、人の
光波入射ファイバ端面の傾角。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 二端子のなす内角が４５°以下であるＹ字型の三端子か
    らなる光導波路を３本の光ファイバにより構成し、その
    うち２本の端面を光軸に対し垂直とし、他の１本の端面
    を光軸に対し斜めとし、この斜めの端面に誘電体多層膜
    を被着形成し、前記三端子中の一端子から入射した光の
    うちの一部が上記多層膜を透過し、残余の光が上記多層
    膜により反射されてそれぞれ他の２本のファイバに分岐
    されて入射するようにするとともに光ファイバのコア外
    被のクラッド層を薄層とし、かつ前記斜めの端面の傾角
    を２’２　、５°以下に設定したことを特徴とする光フ
    アイバ分波器。
