However, this method had the drawback of requiring a long construction period.

In this construction method, a panel is made in advance by welding the lining plate to the base hardware that serves as the backing for the lining plate, and then the panels are assembled on-site, suspended at the installation site, and concrete is poured. to form a lining tank. This construction method is more advantageous than conventional construction methods in terms of quality control since it mainly involves factory welding, and also has the advantage of shortening the on-site construction period. However, since the lining tank itself is used as a formwork for concrete, there is a drawback in that a large number of base hardware are required for reinforcement in order to prevent deformation due to lateral pressure during concrete IJ-casting.

Our goal is to provide inexpensive, high-quality lining tanks.

By using reinforcing beams made of shaped steel, plates, etc., the cost of the lining tank can be reduced and the quality improved.

The reinforcing beam is approximately the same size as the inner surface of the lining tank, but is slightly smaller, and its size can be finely adjusted using a dimension adjustment device. FIG. 3 shows a detailed diagram of the dimension adjustment device. The size adjustment device 2 is capable of finely adjusting the size using bolts 5 and nuts 6 welded to the sub beam 4 welded to the king beam 3 of the reinforcing beam 1. If the reinforcing beam 1 comes into direct contact with the lining plate 9, it may be damaged, so it is preferable to sandwich a plywood plate 7 between them. Further, a temporary fitting 8 is welded to the lining plate 9 to prevent the reinforcing beam 1 from falling. This metal fitting is removed after use.
``Even if the lining is made of stainless steel, carbon steel is sufficient as the material for the reinforcing beam, as long as it is sufficiently cured by painting, etc.

By using the reinforcing beam 1 as a gauge, accurate dimensions can be achieved. In particular, if the reinforcing beam 1 is lifted and set, the dimensions at the upper part of the lining tank can be made the same as at the lower part.

When lifting such a box, the wire lobes apply a crushing force to the box, so the box is often hung from a ceiling, but if the reinforcing beam 1 is used, deformation of the large panel block 1o can be sufficiently suppressed.

By adopting the reinforcing beam 1, deformation was prevented by the rigidity of the base hardware that was conventionally welded to the lining plate, but since deformation can be prevented by the strength against compression of the reinforcement beam 1, the amount of base hardware is reduced. becomes possible. The mounting bracket for mounting the reinforcing beam 1 on the inner surface of the large panel block may be attached in accordance with the concrete placement depth t.

The quality of the lining tank can be maintained when assembling panels, when suspending large panel blocks with integrated panels, and when pouring concrete after installing large panel blocks, reducing construction time.
Costs can be lowered by reducing the amount of base material.

It is easy to improve dimensional accuracy and shorten the construction period.
- By using reinforcing beams for internal reinforcement during pouring, it is possible to reduce the amount of base hardware, which has the effect of providing a high-quality lining tank at low cost.
