Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は金属板の平行両端縁４’、４’のそれぞれに同両
端縁４’、４’に沿って上記金属板と同一平面方向を有
する凹凸板状の交互屈曲用係合片４，４を突設し、かつ
両端縁４’、４’と平行な折曲用溝１を同金属板に間隔
おきに数条設けて木口各側面当接片２を形威し、それぞ
れの当接片２の一側に同左２と直交しかつ上記両端縁４
’、４’と直交する屈曲片３′を設け、同屈曲片３′の
先端に木口先端面に当接する屈曲片３″を折曲げ形成し
てなる木口包金物に関するものである。
金属板は銅板等長方形のものを用い一方の長辺に所望の
裁断模様５を形成するとよい。
折曲用溝１は半円弧状の凹溝とすると良く、これを３条
設けることにより方形木口の各側面当接片２を４面形成
する。
間溝１は鈑金加工により形成される。
尚図中３で示すものは上記直交屈曲片３′と当接屈曲片
３″とよりなるＬ形層曲片であり、６は同り形層曲片３
の屈曲片３′の縁端をそれぞれ斜截して形成したほぼＶ
字状の谷部、７はなるきである。
従ってたるき７の木口を上記金物で包むに際しては予め
折曲用溝１に沿って第２図仮想線で示すように順次折曲
げてほば゛四角筒状に形成し、交互屈曲用保合片４，４
をそれぞれ係合しない状態でたるき７の木口を嵌合し、
それぞれの当接片２を木口の各側面に面接させかつ木口
先端面に各屈曲片３″の先端を当接しその後保合片４，
４を互に反対向きに９０’屈曲して当接片２，２の端面
に係合することにより完了する。
そして上述第２図仮想線のように順次折曲げる際には各
Ｖ字部６の長い方の斜截辺６′がそれぞれ第４図取付状
態において外側に表われるように折曲げるものである。
本願の考案は上述のように構成したので木口の外周寸法
の若干の相違に拘らず金属板の両端縁４’、４’を同木
口の１個の角に一致させ得ると共に新曲用溝１を他の３
個の角に沿って余裕をもって折曲げ得て木口の若干の寸
法の相違に適応し得る実益がある。
又金属板をほぼ四角筒状に容易に形威し得ると共に上記
木口にきわめて賽物に嵌合し得るし、しかも嵌合した状
態で外部から係合片４，４を容易に屈曲し得て木口に簡
便かつ確実に装着し得る現場取付に最適の金物が得られ
作業能率の向上を計り得る便益を有する。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）金属板の平行両端縁４’、４’のそれぞれに同両
    端縁４’、４’に沿って上記金属板と同一平面図方向を
    有する凹凸板状の交互屈曲用保合片４，４を突設し、か
    つ両端縁４’、４’と平行な折曲用溝１を同金属板に間
    隔おきに数条設けて木口各側面当接片２を形威し、それ
    ぞれの当接片２の一側に同左２と直交しかつ上記両端縁
    ４’、４’と直交する屈曲片３′を設け、同屈曲片３′
    の先端に木口先端面に当接する屈曲片３″を折曲げ形威
    してなる木口包金物。
  2. （２）折曲用溝１が半円弧状の凹溝である実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の木口包金物。
