When the oiliness of oil decreases due to physical and chemical factors such as these, and it can no longer fulfill its role, it is incinerated as waste oil, but the energy generated during incineration is wasted without being used.

A mixing oil tank with connected pumps is installed, and a level gauge is installed on the mixing oil tank to enable control of the start and stop of each pump, and a continuously variable transmission is connected to the pump to adjust the discharge volume of each pump. This is an emulsion fuel generation device that uses waste oil.
