【特許請求の範囲】 1 バイアル等の筒状被収容物を、該被収容物を保持す
る保持部を有する収容箱に横倒状態に挿入して収容保持
するようにした自動挿入装置であって、上記被社容物を
横倒状態に間歇的にに送給する間歇送給装置と、上端が
該間歇送給装置に連結され、下端が収容箱に向かって斜
め下刃に延び、上記間歇送給装置から送給される横倒状
態の被収容物を収容箱に向ってスライド案内する傾針ス
ライド面を有するシュータと、該シュータに対向して設
けられ、シュータからスライドする横倒状態の被収容物
を受取って収容箱の保持部に横倒状態に挿入する搬送押
出装置とからなり、上記搬送押出装置6ま、収容箱の上
方に配置され、シュータに対向するシュータ対向上昇位
置と収容箱に対向する収容箱対向下降位置との間を上下
動自在に設けられ、シュータ対向上昇位置において上記
シュータの傾斜スライド面下端に対向して開口する前方
開口部を有するとともに被収容物の横幅又は径よりも小
幅の割溝か形成された拡開可能な割溝状底部を有し、シ
ュータからの被収容物を横倒状態のまま抱持して受取る
弾性材よりなる抱持体と、該抱持体の上部に対向して上
下動自在に設けられ、抱持体内に横倒状態に抱持された
被収容物を割溝状底部より下方に押出す押出杆と、上記
抱持体をシュータ対向上昇位置と収容箱対向下降位置と
の間を上下動せしめ、かつ該抱持体の収容箱対向下降位
置時に上記押出杆を上下動せしめる搬送押出駆動装置と
を備えてなることを特徴とするバイアル等の自動挿入装
置。 2 搬送押出駆動装置は、抱持体のシュータ対向上昇位
置と収容物対向下降位置との間の上下動に相当する回転
角度θよりも角度αたけ大きい揺動角度θ+αをもって
上下に移動する主揺動杆と、該主揺動杆の支軸に中間部
にて回転自在に枢支され、一端部に抱持体を支持しかつ
係合部を右する支持杆と、該支持杆が抱持体のシュータ
対向上昇位置から下方へ角度θ回動したときに上記係合
部に係合し支持杆0それ以上の下方回動を制止する国定
ストッパと、上記支持杆に中間部にて回動自在に枢着さ
れ、一端部に押出杆を支持するとともに上記枢着部より
も一端部側がリンクを介して上記主揺動杆に連結され、
且つ他端部がスプリングを介して上記支持杆の他端部に
連結され、上記抱持体が収容箱対向下降位置に下降した
ときに揺動角度αをもって上下に揺動する補助揺動杆と
によって構成されている特許請求の範囲第1項記載のバ
イアル等の自動挿入装置。 3 間歇送給装置は、被収容物を直立状態に上載せしめ
て間歇的に上下動し、上昇位置において上面がシュータ
の傾斜スライド面の上端と連続する昇降受台と、該昇降
