本発明はインクジェット記録ヘッドの製造方法に関する

ェットプリンタが用いられている。このインクジェット
プリンタは第1図に示す如くプラテンlの上を通過する

複数個のノズルをもつ記録ヘッド3を左右に移動しなが
ら適時に選択したノズルよシインクを噴射して文字・記
号等を印字するシリアルプリンタである。第2図はこの
記録ヘッドの側面を、第3図は第2図の2矢視図を、第
4図は第2図のIV−IV線における断面図、を示した
ものである。図について簡単に説明すると符号4.4′
はノズル、5.5′に圧力室、6.6′は圧力室よりノ
ズル罠通ずる導通路、7はインク室、8.8′はインク
室より圧力室へ通ずるインク供給路でこれらは金属又は
セラミックの板9にエツチング等により加工されている
。10.10’はこの板9の両側にはり合わされた金属
、セラミック、ガラス等の板、11.11’は圧力室内
のインクに圧力を加えるために該圧力室5.5′の外壁
に装着された圧電素子である。このように形成された記
録ヘッドは1個の文字を数百のドツトで構成するため精

性接着シートを挾んで圧電素子を載置し、該圧電素子を
加熱加圧して記録ヘッド本体に接着せしめることを特徴
