Abstract

PURPOSE:To form the outer shell of a grindstone used for woodwork so that the outer shell exhibits as if it had a cushion to a work to be ground, by providing a resilient member between the outer shell and a core shaft which form a grindstone so that the outer shell is deformed when it abuts against the work to be ground, for absorbing shocks. CONSTITUTION:A grindstone used for working wood materials, is composed of a core shaft 1, a resilient member 2 and an outer shell 3 which is the part for scouring the materials and is made of a metal such as, for example, brass, having its outer surface attached with a diamond abrasive for forming a diamond grinding stone. In order to attach the diamond abrasive to the outer surface of the shell 3, the abrasive is directly embeded therein or is bonded thereto after the outer surface of the shell 3 is plated. The resilient member 2 deforms to absorb external force which is exerted to the outer shell 2, thereby pressing force to the outer shell 3 or the material of the grindstone is distributed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an abrasive grindstone for applying abrasion processing to the abrasion surface of wooden materials such as furniture and fittings, and other woodworking shapes, and in particular, the present invention relates to an abrasive stone that applies abrasion processing to the abrasion surface of wooden materials such as furniture and fittings, and other woodwork shapes, and in particular, the present invention relates to a grindstone that applies abrasion processing to the abrasion surface of wooden materials such as furniture and fittings, and other woodworking shapes. An elastic body is interposed between the two to impart substantial stiffness to the surface layer, and the diamond abrasive grains are entirely attached to the surface to form a diamond whetstone. 0 Wooden materials such as furniture and fittings can be finished by rubbing the surface 0
A belt sander is normally used for abrasion processing, but although this sander has high processing efficiency, it is limited in the shape of the material that can be processed, and it cannot be used for flat objects or curved objects. It is limited to gentle things.

Therefore, the inner corners of door frames and materials with deep uneven patterns should be polished with 1 polishing. ! ! Grinding is carried out using a whetstone. However, conventional abrasive whetstones are prone to wear and the abrasive grains tend to fall off, resulting in a short lifespan.

This is because the grindstone is a resinoid grindstone and is hard, so resinoid grindstones are inherently prone to wear, and the pressure of the grindstone against the material is not constant. Moreover, since the whetstone rotates at high speed, the abrasive grains often hit the material strongly, causing the abrasive grains to become embedded in the material and cause the part to peel off.The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned points. In addition to making the whetstone hard to wear as a diamond whetstone, it also has a sharpening property so that it contacts the surface of the material with uniform force, thereby improving the finish of the material. This eliminates the possibility of abrasive grains falling off.The present invention will be specifically explained below based on the illustrated embodiments.
In the figure, person is a polishing whetstone, and B is a material.0 A polishing whetstone A is essentially the same as a conventional polishing whetstone of this type, and although it is not shown in the figure, it is attached to the head of a sander. Needless to say, the shape is formed to match the uneven shape of the rubbing surface of material B. The polishing wheel consists of three parts. That is, code 1
is the central axis, 2 is the elastic body, and 3 is the outer shell. ◎ The outer shell 3 is the part that rubs against the material B, and is made of metal such as brass. Diamond abrasive grains are attached to its surface. There are no particular restrictions on the method of attaching the diamond abrasive grains, and the method for attaching the diamond abrasive grains is the same as that of ordinary diamond whetstones, and can be directly embedded in the surface of the outer shell, or It is attached by plating. When an external force is applied to the outer shell, the elastic body 2 deforms to absorb the external force and equalizes the pressing force of the outer shell 3, or in other words, the pressing force of the grinding wheel A against the material BK. For example, it is made of synthetic rubber, urethane rubber, or other suitable elastic material. The central axis and the outer shell are separate bodies, with an elastic body interposed between them.As a result, the outer shell itself is hard, but when it comes into contact with an external object, it becomes elastic. Since the body deforms and absorbs the impact, the outer shell forms against the external object as if it had a shoe-shine property. Therefore, when using this tube to polish a material, the grindstone is used to sharpen the material. Since the surface is pressed against the surface with a roughly average force, there is no risk of diamond grains, which are abrasive grains, digging into the material, and the surface to be machined is uniformly machined, resulting in a good finish. Since the present invention uses a diamond grindstone as the grindstone, it exhibits excellent effects such as significantly reducing wear and eliminating variations in the finish of the workpiece surface due to deformation due to wear.By the way, the grindstone is Since the object to be processed is wooden material, a method to reduce clogging is to install several # on the surface of the outer shell 30.
11- There is a method of cutting and a method of drilling a large number of blowholes 4 on the surface of the outer shell 30 and then blowing out air. ◎ Figure 2 shows an example of the latter. The air supply hole 5 is bored, and on the other hand, a large number of blowholes 4 are bored in the outer shell 3.The air supply hole 5 and the blowhole 4 are made to communicate with each other. As shown in the figure, for example, as shown in the figure, a method for connecting the air supply port 5 and the blowhole 4 is to connect the air supply port 5 and the blowhole 4 to forcefully send air to the blowhole 4. Several circulation grooves 6 are cut to communicate with the air supply holes 5, and the outer shell 3 is
A flow groove 7 is cut on the inner circumferential surface of the material 2, and a blow hole 4 is connected to the flow groove 7. Then, a horizontal groove 8 is formed in one or several places in the elastic material 2, and this is connected to the flow hole 7 described above. 6 and 7. In other words, by doing this, when the whetstone is placed on the workpiece surface Kfi of the material, the air ejected from the jet hole 4 will flow through the gap formed between the whetstone and the workpiece surface □. Because it passes through
This is done by blowing away the wood chips that have adhered to the whetstone to remove any clogging.
