The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and incorporates the technology of optical signal transmission that has been put into practical use recently, so that a display section such as a light emitting diode, which was conventionally provided as an operation display, can be connected to a glass fiber cable. It has a connector structure, and during testing, the check points are connected to a test device such as an oscilloscope using the cable, and the signal width, output level distortion, etc. are checked without going through any electrical circuits. By adding a converter that converts the optical signal transmitted by the glass fiber cable into an electrical signal between the two, it is possible to access the test circuit in a completely electrically isolated state even when the test circuit is in operation. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a circuit testing device that can perform tests without affecting the circuitry.

As described above, the circuit testing device according to the present invention detects an optical signal by arbitrarily attaching a connector of a glass fiber cable to an optical display section using a light emitting diode or the like conventionally provided on a circuit board, and converts this optical signal into an electrical signal. The test signal is converted into a signal that is then observed using a tester, and as it does not use an electrical system for the test signal detection section, there are no handling errors such as incorrect connections or stoppage accidents caused by noise contamination, as was the case in the past. Inspections can be easily performed even when the equipment is in operation, and the display section has a connector structure to which a glass fiber cable can be detachably connected, and optical signals can be extracted from the display section for testing. It has various advantages such as simple structure and economical.
