ークやプランジヤー、コイル等からなる電磁装置
を組込んだカバー体と、弁本体ケースとをビス等
で結合するものであるが、弁本体ケースに対する
カバー体の結合位置はビスの取付孔の関係で90
度、又は45度といつた予かじめ決められた角度に
しか設定できないという問題があつた。カバー体
は金属板を立方体の枠形に形成して脚片の四隅に
ビス孔を設ける構成が一般的であつたからであ
る。従つて従来の電磁弁は、ガス流入口と流出口
が側方に開口している弁本体ケースに対し、同じ
く外側方へ突出するように設けられる電気端子を
360度の範囲で任意の方向へ設定してカバー体を
結合し一体に取付けることは困難であつた為ガス
器具内に電磁弁を組付ける場合、ガス器具側の要
求に完全且つ充分に対応することができないとい
う問題点を有していた。

み、この円筒カバー7を側方部に流入口12と流
出口13を開設した弁本体ケース8の上面の円形
取付孔10に自由回転可能に嵌合してコイル1へ
の電気端子1a,1bの方向設定後に円筒カバー
7を弁本体ケース8に対し不動状一体に固着して
なるものである。

の製作加工が簡単であり、弁本体ケースへの取付
けも360度任意の角度に所望の位置に取付け可能
となる。また、円筒カバー7は薄板金属の円筒体
を利用する為カバーの一部にフレヤー加工による
係止鍔9の成形加工をプレス等により簡単に加工
できるので弁本体ケースの嵌合部への取付けもか
しめ加工により強力且つ確実に行うことが可能と
なる。
