Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、ガス又は液体燃料等流体の開閉制御
に用いられる電磁弁に関する。

(従来の技術) ガス等の開閉制御に用いられる電磁弁は、ヨー
クと吸着板とを相対向するように設けて磁力によ
り弁体を開閉動作させるものであるが、従来の電
磁弁は弁ケース本体をアルミ等のダイカスト(鋳
造)により成形する際に弁口弁座部を一体形成す
るのが一般的である。しかし弁座部は弁体が直接
接触して弁の閉止を行なうものであるからその接
触部は特に高精度の仕上げが必要であるが、弁ケ
ース本体の内部は狭くて複雑な形状の為内部、特
に弁座部を外部よりの研磨によつて精密に加工す
ることは至難である。

か、又はビス52で締着する方法が多く用いられ
ているが、加工工数が多くコスト高になるばかり
でなく、弁座及びヨークに対する吸着板の取付け
は組立工程の最終段階になり調整が困難な為に取
付位置にバラツキを生じ弁座と弁ゴムの当りが不
安定になつて閉止機能及び流量特性のバラツキが
大きいといつた問題があつた。

一した形状にして安定性を維持し且つ製作加工並
びに組立を簡単に行なえるようにすることを技術
的課題とする。

支部に上下揺動自在に可動弁体を枢設し、この可
動弁体に電磁コイルへの電流のオン・オフにより
作動するようにヨークに対向した吸着板と、弁口
弁座部への弁ゴムとを設けてなるものである。

成形品からなる内部ケースを嵌合し、この内部
ケースの枢支部に上下揺動自在に可動弁体を枢
設し、この可動弁体に電磁コイルへの電流のオ
ン・オフにより作動するようにヨークに対向し
た吸着板と、弁口弁座部への弁ゴムとを設けて
なることを特徴とする電磁弁。 (2) 前記内部ケースを合成樹脂により篭枠状に形
成した前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
の電磁弁。 (3) 前記内部ケースには弁ケース本体の流入口に
対応する部位に網又はメツシユ構造のフイルタ
ーを設けた前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
記載の電磁弁。
