とパイロツト弁室との間を小流量の流通可能に仕

体圧による開弁力とが作用するようにし、前記主
弁体に前記パイロツト弁室と前記流出室とを連通
させるパイロツト弁孔を形成し、前記ボデイに取
り付けたソレノイドのプランジヤに、前記パイロ
ツト弁室側から前記主弁体に接離することにより
前記パイロツト弁孔を開閉するパイロツト弁体を
形成し、前記ソレノイドの非励磁時には、閉弁用
圧縮コイルばねの付勢による前記プランジヤの前
記主弁体側への移動により、前記主弁体が前記パ
イロツト弁体により前記パイロツト弁孔を閉塞さ
れつつ前記主弁口を閉塞する閉弁状態に保持され
、前記ソレノイドの励磁時には、前記プランジヤ
の前記主弁体から離間する方向への移動により、
前記パイロツト弁孔の開放にともなう流体の流出
によつて前記パイロツト弁室が減圧して、該パイ
ロツト弁室と前記流入室との間に生じる圧力差に
より前記主弁体が前記主弁口を開放する方向に移
