A conductor wire having a rectangular cross section, in which a hole for accommodating a conductor wire is drilled, and the conductor wire is attached to an electrical connection terminal that is fixed to the hole through a compression process that changes the cross-sectional shape of the conductor wire. 3 is compressed into a bellows-like shape within a hole 2 having a circular cross section to secure a conducting wire in the hole of the terminal. 2. The electrical connection terminal according to claim 1, wherein the conductive wire is made of copper or aluminum. 3 The width-to-height ratio of the rectangular cross-section along the insertion length of the conductor 3 is between 5:1 and 2:1, and the diameter of the associated perforated hole is about 2-10% of the diagonal of the rectangular cross-section. The electrical connection terminal according to claim 1, characterized in that it is large. 4. A method for manufacturing an electrical connection terminal in which a hole for accommodating a conducting wire is bored and the conducting wire is fixed in the hole by a compression process that changes its cross-sectional shape, in which a conducting wire with a rectangular cross section is placed outside the terminal, The hole 2 and the fastener 6 are clamped by the fastener 6, and the compression rod 9, which enters the hole with a circular cross section, connects the hole 2 and the fastener 6.
The end portion 7 of the conductor is compressed in the space quadrupled by the front surface 10 of the compression rod, and the conductor is compressed in the longitudinal direction of the rectangular cross section in a bellows-like manner. A method for producing an electrical connection terminal, which comprises performing friction welding using the friction generated between the two and fixing the conducting wire in the hole of the terminal. 5. The method of manufacturing an electrical connection terminal according to claim 4, characterized in that during the compression process, at least the portion of the hole 2 that is fixed to the conductive wire is tightened with a fastener 11 on the outside of the terminal 1. 6. According to claim 4, the narrow side of the rectangular cross-section is cut over the insertion length (2) of the end 7 of the conductor inserted into the terminal 1 at the same time as the conductor is cut, thereby sharpening the edge. A method for manufacturing electrical connection terminals. 7. Before the compression process, the end 7 of the conducting wire entering the hole 4 with a larger diameter is made to have the same inner diameter as the fixing hole 2 by using a guide tube 8 during the compression process. Claim 4. The method for manufacturing an electrical connection terminal according to item 5 or 6.
