Blast direction conditions of the cold air blown out of ventilator outlet ports 2a-2d in accordance with seating conditions of passengers are set and stored in the control circuit 5, and servo circuits 6 are controlled depending on ON/OFF conditions of seat switches, thereby fin directions of registers 3a-3d of the ventilator outlet ports 2a-2d are automatically changed.
