Furthermore, due to the formation precision of the flare portion 2, the inner surface of the flare and the tapered end surface 3' of the male threaded portion 3 may not be properly crimped, which may cause pores to form in this crimped portion, resulting in gas leakage, etc. It also has some drawbacks.

As shown in the figure, a part a, a part b, and a part 0 are formed, so the convex part side, that is, part a → part b → part C, is crushed in the order, especially the inner peripheral edge indicated by this part 0. The entire periphery of the part is pressed into contact with the tapered end surface 31 in a line joining manner.
したがってフレヤFの内面とテーパ端面3′との緊密な

A very tight bond can be obtained with pressure.

Even if the axial center of the male threaded portion 3 is misaligned from the pipe axis on the piping P side, the inner surface of the flare is a concave spherical surface, so the tip edge of the male threaded portion 3 can smooth this concave spherical surface. The two axes align with each other with high accuracy.

It exhibits extremely excellent effects that can be obtained.
