Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize the free repetition for inhibition and its release of the erasion of a cassette tape, by deciding the propriety of erasion with an open/ close plate which is freely opened and closed. CONSTITUTION:An open/close plate 5 provided at an erasion inhibiting part 2 is turned counterclockwise, and the plate 5 is fixed with a stopper 6. Thus the plate 5 serves as an erasion inhibiting pawl to permit the recording and reproduction for a cassette tape. While the plate 5 is turned clockwise and fixed with a stopper 6', etc. Thus the inhibition of erasion is released to permit the erasion of the misrecording of the tape. In such way, the inhibition and its release can be freely repeated for the erasion of a cassette tape.

Conventionally, if you want to prevent recorded content from being erased for a certain period of time, you can fold the erasure prohibition claw 3 from the base, and even if you accidentally operate the cassette deck, the content recorded on the cassette tape will be erased. I tried to make sure there wasn't any.

(3) If you are still worried about (2) above, try to think carefully and intentionally break the erasure prohibition claw 3, and once you have achieved your goal, block the erasure inhibition detection switch space 4 with duct tape or sellotape, etc. to prevent erasure. There is a method of using it as a substitute for the claw 3, but there is a risk that duct tape or cellophane tape may adhere to the erasure prohibition detection switch section on the cassette deck side, causing a malfunction.

One end of an opening/closing plate A5 that can freely open and close the erasure inhibition detection switch space 4 is attached to an opening/closing plate mounting shaft 8. As a result, the opening/closing plate A5 can freely move in the direction of the arrow shown in the drawings around the opening/closing plate mounting shaft 8. By tilting the opening/closing plate A5 all the way to the left, the stopper A6 and the stopper B

Next, in order to temporarily prevent the recorded content from being erased due to erroneous operation of the skein, notebook, etc., insert your fingernail or the tip of a mini dry knife into the opening/closing plate removal opening A9. Erasing can be easily inhibited by removing the opening/closing plate A5 fixed therebetween, tilting it toward the right direction of the arrow, and storing it in the stopper A6. Next, if the recorded content of the recording tape that has been temporarily set to erasure-inhibited status is no longer used and you wish to store it again as a recordable tape, remove the opening/closing plate A5 from the stopper 6 and push it all the way to the left in the same way as described above. This becomes possible by fixing again between the tilting stopper A6 and the stopper 87.

This inserts the opening/closing plate BIO between the opening/closing plate guides All,
It has a structure that allows it to move freely in the direction of the arrow. As explained in Figure 3, moving the opening/closing plate BIO all the way to the left enables recording, and moving it all the way to the right disables recording. become a state. The gap between the opening/closing plate B1, 0 and the opening/closing plate guide All is designed to have a frictional force to the extent that the opening/closing plate BIO does not shift due to shock during normal use. In addition, if this gap is widened to reduce the frictional force, it is necessary to provide a stopper to prevent the opening/closing plates from shifting when the opening/closing plates are set in both left and right directions.

In the case of a cassette tape in which a high-gain magnetic tape such as metallic or chrome is loaded on the right side of the erasure inhibition detection switch space 4 of the cassette tape as shown in FIG. 6, this is the high-gain magnetic tape. This is an explanation of a method of applying the present invention to a cassette tape in which a 1-gain magnetic tape detection switch space 16 is provided so that the cassette deck side can identify this.

This is an opening/closing plate in which a high gain magnetic tape detection switch space 16 is added to the right side of the erasure inhibition detection switch space 4 in Structure Example 2 of FIG. 4, and the opening/closing plate guide All is extended to the right end of the high gain magnetic tape detection switch space 16. It has a structure with a guide C17, and as in the explanation in FIG. 4, by passing the opening/closing plate BIO over the high gain magnetic tape detection switch space 16 and moving it all the way to the left, it becomes ready for recording, and then moves to the right. If you move all at once, recording will be disabled. Incidentally, the gap between the opening/closing plate BIO and the opening/closing plate guide C17 is the same as that explained in FIG. 4. , On the other hand, regarding the structure of FIG. 5, in the case of a cassette tape having a high gain magnetic tape detection switch space 16, the right end of the erasure inhibit detection switch space of FIG. This is possible by providing a high-gain magnetic tape detection switch space 16 in.

In this case, as described in 1 above, when setting the cassette tape in erasure-prohibited state, there is no need to remove the erasure-inhibiting tab from the cassette tape body, which corresponds to the opening-closing plate of the present invention. This opening/closing plate can be moved freely in the direction of the arrow in each figure as many times as desired, and is structured so that it will not come off due to shock during normal use. (1) Depending on the user's needs. , the same cassette tape can be put in or out of the recordable state any number of times and for any period of time on the cassette tape side.

(2) Because of this, we want to reliably prevent erroneous recording for a certain period of time, so we have no choice but to use the deletion prohibition tab 3.

(3) In order to save cassette tapes, the erasure inhibition detection switch space 4 is covered with duct tape, sellotape, etc., so that it is no longer used as a substitute for the erasure inhibition claw 3, and the erasure inhibition detection switch section on the cassette deck side is covered with duct tape. This eliminates malfunctions caused by adhesion of cellophane or cellophane tape.
