互の突合せ継手部3と、皮材1と骨材2との隅肉溶接部
4とが重ならないように配慮されていた。

ものの上に上記皮材を載置すると共に、上記皮材の開先
部下面と上記骨材の上端部側面とに裏当て部材をあてが
ってから、上記の隣接する皮材相互の開先部と上記骨材
上端とを同時に溶接施工することを特徴としている。

なり、しかも裏当て部材13の使用により継手表裏を同
時に完成しうるもであって、これにより作業能率の大幅
な向上をもたらすことができ、特に、枠状に組立てられ
た骨材10の上に、互(・に接続されるべき一対の皮材
11 ,11を載置して、その上方から極めて簡便に溶
接作業を行なえる利点がある。
