[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a plug-type terminal device, and more specifically, the wiring on the insertion frame side and the wiring on the plug side can be separated and organized by a partition wall, and can be attached and detached. The present invention relates to a simple and improved plug-type terminal device.

Furthermore, if it is necessary to bring in electrical wires from the outside into a distribution board and relay them, a relay terminal board is installed on a bulkhead that defines compartments within the distribution board, but in this case, it is necessary to connect wires between each other and between the compartments. In order to prevent accidents from spreading between the two, it is required that the wiring and compartments be separated from each other by this terminal board.

However, in the terminal board according to the prior art, as described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-6684, the plug terminal block is inserted and fixed above the plug side terminal block fixed to the board of the switchboard etc. Therefore, it is difficult to separate the wiring on the spigot side from the wiring on the plug socket, and almost no measures have been taken to prevent accidents from spreading.

Therefore, 1. As a result of various studies to overcome all the problems of the conventional device mentioned above, the inventor bent a flat conductive metal plate into an L shape and used a part for wiring connection. A predetermined number of plug-in terminals each formed as a terminal and the other part as a plug-in tab are arranged in pairs and fixed to a plug terminal block so as to protrude from one side of the plug terminal block; A predetermined number of pairs of receptacle terminals each having one end of the conductive metal plate formed as a contact portion that engages with the insertion tab and the other end configured as a wire crimping connection portion are arranged and fixed to the socket terminal block. The plug terminal block is fixed to the negative side of the partition plate, and the insertion tab of the plug terminal of the plug terminal block is made to penetrate and protrude from the opening provided in the partition plate. By connecting the plug terminal block to the insertion tab on the other side of the bulkhead plate so as to fit into the receptacle terminal that is housed and fixed in the opening, the bulkhead plate securely connects the wiring connection parts and between the wires. It has been found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved all at once, since the wires can be separated from each other, are easily attached and detached, and the wiring can be easily maintained and inspected.

According to the present invention, the purpose is to symmetrically arrange pairs of plug-in terminals each of which is formed by bending a conductive plate material into an L shape and forming one part as a screw tightening part and the other part as a plug-in tab. A plug terminal block in which each screw tightening part is arranged and fixed to a terminal block having spaced apart terminal accommodating parts, and one end of a conductive plate material is formed as a contact engagement part, and the other end is formed as a crimp connection part. a terminal block for a socket, in which pairs of receptacle terminals arranged and fixed in the terminal block are arranged and fixed in the terminal block for a socket; A terminal block is fixed to one side of the bulkhead plate, and the insertion tab of the plug terminal of the plug terminal block is made to penetrate and protrude through an opening provided in the bulkhead plate, while the other side of the bulkhead plate is fixed to the other side of the bulkhead plate. This is accomplished by connecting the plug terminal block to the insertion tab so as to fit into the receptacle terminal housed and fixed in the opening thereof.

As described above, according to the present invention, a plug terminal block for intercepting a plug type terminal device is fixed to a mounting plate (partition plate), and a screw for connecting a crimp terminal is provided at one end of the plug terminal. Since the terminal block for the socket is located in the direction opposite to the tightening side of this screw and is configured to engage with the plug-in terminal, the wiring on the plug-in frame side and the socket side is securely attached. They can be separated from each other by a board (partition board), and safety is improved by preventing accidents from spreading between wirings and between compartments.
