    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弁要素によって一開閉される弁ポートと前記弁ポートよ
    り小さい開口面積にて常時開いているバイパスポートと
    を有し、前記バイパスポートは実質的に゛垂直方向に延
    在する管体の上端部に開口していることを特徴とする空
    気吸入端制御弁。
