When replacing an aging existing pipe with a new pipe, use a ductile straight pipe as the new pipe, and as shown in Figure 1, insert vertical shapes 2 and 3 at both ends of the existing pipe line 1, and Using the vertical 2 inner number and the installed jack 4 or a winch (not shown), etc., insert the socket of the subsequent ductile straight pipe into the socket of the preceding ductile straight pipe 5. The construction method in which the pipes are sequentially joined and installed inside the existing pipe line 1 is known as the existing pipe piping construction method.

By the way, this construction method is suitable for the existing pipeline 1 as shown in Figure 1.
There is no problem if the line is almost straight, but as shown in FIG. 2, the existing pipe 1'.

If a curved pipe 6 is formed in the middle of the curved pipe 6, it is impossible for the new pipe to pass through the curved pipe 6 due to its long length as described above. If you are going to implement the construction method, it is necessary to install a third section not shown in the curved pipe section 6.
A vertical shape must be provided. Therefore, if a vertical shape cannot be provided in this area due to external factors such as traffic conditions or housing conditions, there is an inconvenience that this construction method cannot be implemented.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for piping inside an existing pipe that can be implemented even if the existing pipe has a curved pipe as described above, and can eliminate the conventional inconveniences. It is.

Thereafter, a bent steel pipe 7 having a bending degree corresponding to the curved pipe 6 and having a short length is inserted from the vertical shape 2 or 3 toward the curved pipe 6 and installed in the pipe 6. In this case, the degree of curvature of the curved pipe line 6 is large and the curved pipe 7 is passed through. If this is not possible, divide the curved pipe 7 into a plurality of shorter pipes and insert them into the pipe 6 one after another, and then insert the abutting portion into the pipe 6.
This prevents the bending pipe 7 from being joined by welding inside.

Next, as shown in Fig. 3, using a jack 4 in the same manner as in the conventional construction method, from the vertical shape 2, a steel straight pipe 9 with a socket formed at the rear end is installed at the front, and then a ductile straight pipe 5 is installed. Insert the ductile pipe 5 into the socket of the steel pipe 9 to join it, and then repeat the same process to join the ductile pipes one after another while inserting them into the existing pipeline 1'. insert.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, when the tip of the steel pipe 9 comes into contact with the end of the steel pipe 7, the abutting part is joined within the pipe line 6 by welding.

Next, as shown in Fig. 5, from the vertical shape 3, in the same manner as described above, the ductile pipe 5.5' is inserted into the existing pipe line 1'' with the steel pipe 7 at the top. The tip of the bar is welded to the end of the steel pipe 7 (Fig. 6).

Fig. 7 shows a case where there are two curved pipes 6' and 6', and in this case, the straight pipe 1# in the middle is set so that it can pass through the curved pipes DA and 6. It is formed by inserting and joining a plurality of short lengths of ductile short pipes 10, which are installed in the straight pipe l# before the steel bent pipe 7.7' is installed. Note that 8 indicates a ductile straight pipe with ports at both ends, and the adjacent short pipe 1o and curved pipe τ'
and are joined together. In this case, instead of using a ductile pipe as the short pipe 1o, a steel short pipe may be used, and in that case, the contact portion of each short pipe will be joined by welding with the inner number of pipe line 1 #. .

It should be noted that the joints between the socket and the socket in each of the above-mentioned embodiments have a structure that has been conventionally used, so a detailed explanation will be omitted. There may be a socket at the leading end, and there may be an socket at the rear end of the leading pipe.

Since this invention is as described above, even if there is a curved pipe in the middle of the existing pipe, a new pipe can be inserted and arranged without the need to provide a vertical pipe. Not only can travel costs be saved, but there are no environmental changes caused by installing a vertical structure, and various troubles can be prevented. Furthermore, since the new curved pipeline is made of steel pipe, it can be easily installed when the curved pipeline has a large degree of curvature, or when the curved pipeline is continuous. Cutting the steel pipe to a length that will allow it to pass through has the advantage of making the process more comfortable and easy.

1. In a piping construction method in which the existing pipe has a vertical shape with openings on the sides at both ends of the pipe and uses this pattern to install a new pipe within the existing pipe, the front pipe is curved in the middle. If it is a conduit, insert a short steel pipe or curved pipe from one of the vertical shapes toward the curved conduit to form a new curved conduit, and then
Insert a plurality of ductile straight pipes from both vertical shapes toward the new curved conduit, with the steel straight pipe at the beginning, by fitting the sockets into the sockets and sequentially joining them. A method of piping within existing pipes that is characterized by welding and joining short pipes or curved pipes.
