装置、ａは浮遊液、ｂは微粒子、である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 浮遊液に混和させた微粒子が細孔を通過する時の微粒子
    と浮遊液とめ電気抵抗変化を電気的パルスとして取出し
    て微粒子体積を測定する装置において、検出器本体に組
    込んだ内部電極と外部電極との間に直流電流を流す電圧
    源装置と、内部電極に発生するパルスのみを増幅する交
    流増幅器と、内部電極に発生する電圧を取出すバッハ−
    アンプ及びその直流成分のみを取出すローパスフィルタ
    ーと、たの直流成分電圧と基準電圧発生装置からの基準
    電圧とを比較する電圧比較器と、からなる事を特徴とす
    る微粒子の体積測定装置。
