源装置と、内部電極に発生するパルスのみを増幅する交
流増幅器と、内部電極に発生する電圧を取出すバッハ−
アンプ及びその直流成分のみを取出すローパスフィルタ
ーと、たの直流成分電圧と基準電圧発生装置からの基準
電圧とを比較する電圧比較器と、からなる事を特徴とす
