に設けた一対の電気容量検出用電極6と、前記電極6に
接続された検出回路8と、前記微細孔2を電流通路が横
切るように検出器1の内外に設けた一対の抵抗検出用電
極7と、前記電極7に接続された検出回路9と、各検出
回路の出力波形を受ける分析回路10と、前記分析回路
10の出力信号を処理する信号処理装置を具え、前記分
析回路10て比較、重畳など信号処理をすることにより
混在粒子群を各別に分類または所望の粒子または粒子群
