Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 零励磁区間を含む励磁状態を持つて流体に磁場
    を印加し電極に発生する電極間電圧を信号処理し
    て流量信号を出力する電磁流量計において、前記
    電極間電圧を高域波して信号電圧として出力す
    るハイパスフイルタと、この信号電圧を前記零励
    磁区間でサンプリングしてサンプリングされたサ
    ンプル電圧を得るサンプリング手段と、このサン
    プル電圧と前記流体が空になつたときに発生する
    交流のノイズ電圧の最小値に設定されたレフアレ
    ンス電圧とを比較してこのレフアレンス電圧の値
    を越えたときに前記流量信号を所定の値に保持す
    る保持信号を出力する空検知手段とを具備するこ
    とを特徴とする電磁流量計。
