Because it is a knitted net, there are many gaps between the twists of these materials in the yarn, and synthetic fiber materials are susceptible to fuzzing due to abrasion and fibrillation due to light deterioration. These are suitable places for diatoms to settle, and as the fishing net is used, the diatoms that have settled in the intertwine gaps, fluffy parts, and fibnolized parts will quickly expand their roots and grow, forming a net. This will cause the net to become blocked, which will increase resistance to the tidal current and cause the net to be blown away. Not only will it lose its ability to intimidate and guide fish schools, but if left unchecked, it will cause serious consequences such as broken nets and shifting of fixed facilities.

The cost and effort involved is also significant.

するものである。The present invention has been made to solve this problem, and by twisting a narrow base tape 1 made of biaxially stretched polyvinyl chloride or polyester film, the material can be bonded to each other. By using net yarn that has extremely small twist gaps and prevents fibrillation caused by abrasion or light deterioration over the course of use, it is possible to suppress the adhesion of diatom shellfish as much as possible, and also to prevent diatom shellfish that are resistant to adhesion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fixed fishing net that is made to fall off due to the corrosion peeling action of the corrosion peeling layer 3 formed on the surface of the net yarn, thereby maintaining a good net structure over a long period of time and making it possible to achieve a high catch. be.

Fig. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a corroded release layer forming tape having a corroded release layer on one side, which is the material of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the material of the present invention. , the base tape 1 is obtained by cutting a biaxially stretched polyvinyl chloride or polyester film into a narrow width, and the width of the base tape 1 is determined by the diameter of the desired net fabric yarn. Although the diameter is appropriately selected, it is preferably about 2 to 3 times the diameter of the net fabric yarn.

If the thickness is 40 μmm or more, the rigidity of the base tape 1 itself increases, making twisting or knitting work difficult. On the other hand, if the thickness is 10 μmm or less, During twisting, a large number of unnecessary wrinkles are likely to occur, and there is a risk that the wrinkles may serve as a place for diatoms to settle.

Since the speed is about 30 to 50% faster, it is suitable for fishing grounds where diatom shellfish have a strong growth resistance.

The amount increases to such an extent that it becomes difficult to handle.

Care should be taken to twist the layer 3 so that it is exposed on the outer surface.

By taking advantage of the properties of the shaft film, there is no fluffing when worn, and ultraviolet rays, which are a factor of photodeterioration, are blocked by the corrosive release layer 3 formed on the outer surface, which prevents the base tape 1 from fibrillating. As a result, the adhesion resistance of the diatoms and molluscs that adhere to the outer surface of the diatoms is significantly suppressed, and the fine particles of the easily corroded powder 2 of the corrosive peeling layer 3 that forms the outer surface are gradually oxidized and corroded and peeled off. , it falls off with the peeling action, and the net fabric always maintains a good state of flow.

Combined with ease, it is possible to provide a fixed fishing net with extremely excellent net structure.
