A considerable amount of solvent remains on the activated carbon and P paper in filters that were conventionally used for solvent cleaning work, and it is technically difficult to remove this residual solvent, which requires time, effort, and cost. Therefore, the filter was thrown away, but since it still contains a considerable amount of solvent residue, it cannot be disposed of as general waste because it is subject to pollution as industrial waste containing flammable and dangerous substances. It took a considerable amount of time and money to dispose of it.

The present invention was developed to overcome the above-mentioned difficulties, and it purifies the solvent used for washing clothes in the drying machine, recovers the solvent, regenerates it, and puts it into the drying machine to circulate the solvent. In the solvent recovery device used for cleaning the dryer, the remaining solvent is removed from the filter 1 that has been used for cleaning the solvent by removing the residual solvent that is still stuck to the filter 1. It can be efficiently removed in a short time from the filter in the mechanism as it is.
Even if the filter has no residual solvent, it can be disposed of as general waste without worrying about pollution, and it also helps in recovering the solvent, preventing wasteful loss of solvent and improving the work efficiency of the dryer. An object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive device for removing solvent residue from used filters.

However, since the residual amount of solvent stuck to the activated carbon 3 cannot be easily removed by air blowing, heated steam at a temperature higher than the boiling point of the solvent being used is similarly applied from the pipe 15 into the core pipe 2 from the center of the filter in all directions in the radial direction. By spraying in this direction, the remaining solvent in the activated carbon 3 and the E paper 4 is vaporized together with the heated steam and completely expelled.

An outlet pipe 9 is introduced through the core pipe 9 and a core pipe 2 is integrally connected to the rear part of the core pipe 2 and has multidirectional holes 2a on the outer periphery. Since a pipe 15 communicating with the pipe 9 is provided, the solvent liquid in the housing 1a is removed, and pressurized air is first forced into the filter to remove the residual solvent in the filter. Since the residual components are not easily removed, the residual components of the solvent are vaporized and completely removed by introducing heated steam higher than the boiling point of the solvent.

Heated steam above the boiling point of air or solvent is sent into the core tube 2 at the center, so many holes 2a are provided in all directions around the outer circumference of the core tube 2, so even if the core tube 2 falls over, air and heat can be distributed radially in multiple directions. Since the steam permeates throughout the filter 1 and is ejected, the residual solvent in the filter 1 can be efficiently removed in a short time.
