Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　合成樹脂発泡体よりなり、木口部４に凹状切欠き５
    を形成した芯材１の表裏面をそれぞれ面材２．３にて被
    覆してなる断熱天井材において、前記切欠き５の下側の
    木口部下部４ａを切欠き５の上側の木口部上部４ｂより
    も外方に突出させると共に、表側面材２の端部を延出さ
    せ、この延出端部２ａにより少なくとも芯材１の木口部
    下部４ａの一部を被覆して、ジヨイント８の接合突部８
    ａを前記切欠き５に挿入して天井材７．７′相互を接合
    した際、前記木口部上部より外方に突出する木口部下部
    ４ａを被覆する表側面材２の延出端部２ａが互いに近接
    乃至当接し、前記ジヨイント８の下端部を隠すようにし
    たことを特徴とする断熱天井材。 ２　前記切欠き５に嵌入し得るジヨイント接合凹部６ａ
    を有し、下部６ｂが前記表側面材２の延出端部２ａの少
    な（とも一部を被覆しかつ上部６Ｃが折曲されて裏側面
    材３の一部を被覆する補強材６を前記芯材１の木口部４
    に取り付けてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    断熱天井材。 ３　補強材６の折曲上部６Ｃの長さがジヨイント接合凹
    部６ａの長さよりも長く形成された実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第２項記載の断熱天井材。 ４　芯材１を形成する合成樹脂発泡体がポリイソ、−シ
    アヌレートフオームである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項乃至第３項いずれか記載の断熱天　　　−弁材。 ５　木口部４の表面がテーパ面をなす実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項乃至第４項いずれか記載の断熱天井材。
