Conventional absorption treatment methods for removing harmful gases include so-called dry methods and wet methods, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the reality is that it is generally difficult to determine their superiority or inferiority.

For example, the dry method has poor absorption capacity as seen in adsorption methods, etc.
In addition, although the direct reaction method has the disadvantage that the absorption rate is slow, the absorption capacity is reduced due to surface dirt, and the absorption efficiency is inferior to that of the wet method, it also has the advantage that the reaction product can be recovered as a dry powder.

一方、湿式法は高い吸収効率が得られる長所があるが、
排水処理に多大の費用を要する欠点がある。
On the other hand, the wet method has the advantage of achieving high absorption efficiency;
The disadvantage is that wastewater treatment requires a large amount of cost.

Therefore, the dry method and the wet method are each advantageous in their respective fields of application and are used in combination, and using them alone does not fully utilize the advantages of each.

The purpose of this device is to provide a new harmful gas absorption treatment device that effectively utilizes the advantages of both dry and wet methods. A harmful gas absorption and treatment device consisting of a wet absorption section filled with a filler, and a dry recovery section filled with a packed bed that is partitioned and separated from the wet absorption section and exists below it and moves from above to below. There, the drying recovery section is
a conveying means for conveying the packed bed located below upward; a tray for receiving the conveyed packed bed and immersing it in the absorption liquid; and transferring the packed bed in the tray to the packed bed of the drying recovery section A wet absorption section and a dry recovery section, also known as absorption post-processing, are installed in one device to improve the functions of each of them, resulting in high and stable harmful gas removal efficiency. Moreover, it has the excellent effect of recovering harmful gas components in powder form without requiring a separate water treatment device.

更に本考案の1実施例の詳細を図によって説明する。Further, details of one embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

1 shows an absorption treatment apparatus of the present invention, in which waste gas containing harmful gases introduced from a waste gas containing rod 2 passes through a perforated plate 3, and is filled with a fixed packing 4 having a similar shape. The harmful gas enters the wet absorption section 5, where it comes into gas-liquid contact with the absorption liquid supplied from the absorption liquid supply port 12 and sprayed.
Harmful ingredients are absorbed.

The clean gas from which harmful components have been absorbed and removed is further sent through a duct 6 to a drying and recovery section consisting of a vertical moving bed 8 filled with a packed bed 7, where it is transferred to a packed bed that circulates through the device as a secondary treatment. The remaining harmful components are absorbed and completely cleaned by contact with the absorbing liquid through T as a medium, and are released into the atmosphere from a chimney (not shown) through the gas outlet duct 10.

The absorbent liquid used in the wet absorption section passes through the perforated plate 3, the absorption liquid flow port 13, and the liquid sealing section 14, and is collected in the tray 15, and is transferred to the dry recovery section provided below the wet absorption section as described above. It is reused as an absorption liquid for secondary treatment.

In this way, the packed bed circulates within the drying recovery section and flows counter to the rising to-be-treated gas, and during this time harmful components in the gas come into contact with the absorption liquid film formed on the surface of the filled spheres and are absorbed onto the surface of the filled spheres. As the packed bed descends, the formed reaction product is evaporated to dryness by the high-temperature gas sent through the duct 19, peeled off and separated from the packed bed by the perforated plate 18, and collected in powder form outside the apparatus.
