ランス、５は電流帰還巻線、６はスイッチングトランジ
スタ、１０はベース駆動巻線、１１はオンオフ制御巻線
、１１ａはオン駆動巻線、１１ｂはオフ駆動巻線、１３
．１４はトランジスタ、２１はｉ御パルス発生回路、３
４．３１Ｎ−！電圧比較器、３９はオンパルス幅設定回
路、４１はコンデンサ、４４はオフパルス設定回路であ

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スイッチングトランジスタと、 前記トランジスタに直列に接続された電流帰還用トラン
    スの帰還巻線と、 前記帰還巻線にトランス結合され且つ前記トランジスタ
    のベース・エミッタ間に接続されたベース駆動巻線と、 前記ベース駆動巻線にトランス結合されたオン駆動巻線
    及びオフ駆動巻線と、 オン制御パルスとオフ制御パルスとを発生する制御パル
    ス発生回路と、　　　　　７ 前記制御パルス発生回路と前記オン駆動巻線との間に接
    続されたオンパルスを供給するためのオンパルス幅設定
    回路と、 前記制御パルス発生回路と前記オフ１動巻線との間に接
    続され且つ前記オンパルスよりパルス幅の大きいオフパ
    ルスを供給するように設定されたオフパルス幅設定回路
    と から成る電流帰還型トランジスタスイッチング回路。
