トランジスタである。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）直流電源の出力電圧を定電流回路に印加し、該定
    電流回路からステッピングモータの各界磁コイル所定の
    電流を供給するとともに、前記各界磁コイルに接続され
    るスイッチング素子を駆動パルスにて、オン、オフ制御
    するステッピングモータの駆動回路において、　　　　
    −前記直流電源は、前記駆動パル、スの周波数に対応し
    た基準電圧を発生する基準電圧発生回路と、前記直流電
    源の出力電圧を前記基準電圧発生回路の基準電圧と比例
    するように制御する制御回路とからなる定電圧回路を備
    えていることを特徴とするステッピングモータの駆動回
    路。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）において、前記基
    準電圧発生回路は、Ｆ／Ｖ変換回路を備えていることを
    特徴とするステッピングモータの駆動回路。
