う為の自動組立装置に適用した一実施例を示したもので
あって、第１図はキャリアの斜視図、第２図はコンベア
とアッセンブリセンタとの配置状態を示した平面図、第
３図はアッセンブリセンタの斜視図、第４図は同上あ平
面図、第５図はコンベアとアッセンブリセンタとの間で
のキャリアの供給及び排出の動作を説明する側面図、第
６Ａ図及び第６Ｂ図は作業ユニットによるキャリア上で
の組立作業を説明する斜視図、第７Ａ図〜第７Ｇ図は同
上の組立作業時の作業用ヘッドと移動テーブルとの移動
制御を説明する側面図、第８図はツール台部分の斜視図
、第９図はツール自動交換ヘッド５３の斜視図、第１０

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被作業物が搭載されたキャリアを用い、搬送ラインから
    供給された上記キャリアを載置して水平面内で移動され
    る移動テーブルを設け、上記移動テーブルにて上記キヤ
    、リアと共に移動されるツール台を設け、複数の作業用
    ツールを上記ツール台に配置させ、取付枠に取付けられ
    て昇降駆動されるツール自動交換ヘッドを備えた作業ユ
    ニットを設け、上記移動テーブルによる上記キャリア及
    びツール台の移動との関連において上記作業ユニットを
    昇降駆動させて、上記ツール自動交換ヘッドにて上記複
    数のツールを選択的に自動交換させながら上記キャリア
    上への部品の組立作業を行うように構成した自動組立装
    置。
