【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は歯科医が診療中または診療が終了した時点で診
療した歯の位置や診療内容等の各種データを記録しでお
くための歯科用データの入力装置に関するものであるφ
従来より診療の記録は患者の診療後カルテに記入される
のが通例であるが、カルテに記入する前゛段階としての
治療中もしくは治療の終了直後毎に゛治療内容等をデー
タ入力装置にその都度連続してまたはオンラインで即時
に記載しておき、−日の診療を終えた時点でこれらのf
−夕の記載に基い ′てカルテや保険請求資料を作成す
るようにすれば、患者の診療とデータ処理を効率よく行
えることとなる・ ・ 、この
ような考えに基き従来においても治療した各種のデータ
を表による入力方式即ちタブレット方式によシ入力して
記録する方式が試みられたが、この方式による場合は同
時に入力する項目が多く約700項目にも達することが

本発明は上記のような趣旨に基き、歯の診療に当って記
録すべきデータを歯の位置を目視し乍ら治療時点で容易
に入力できるようにした歯科用データ入力装置の提供を
目的としたものであり、歯の図形とこの図形の裏面に夫
々の歯の位置を発信し得る接点とを備えた発信装置を設
けて、医師が治療中もしく轄治療終了時点において該当
する歯の位置を直接図形上に指示することにより、治療
した歯の位置や治療内容等の必要なデータが簡単に入力

手段を付設しておくことにより治療処置の種類について
のデータも入力できたりまた/譬ネルを小形化すること
