    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高圧の不活性ガスと反応ガスとの切替えを必要とする熱
    分析装置において、不活性ガスボンベ及び反応ガスボン
    ベにそれぞれ直接取り付けられた各減圧弁と該熱分析装
    置の入口とを接続するガス切替え三方コックと、該熱分
    析装置の入口との間に、上記と別の減圧弁を設けたこと
    を特徴とする高圧ガス切替え導入装置。
