  1. 購融金属の真空炉と真空ポンプとを接続する排気管に、
    冷却器の前後にバルブを有し且ら該冷却器を大気圧に戻
    すための復圧弁を備えてなる冷却ラインを並列に設けた
    ことを特徴とする真空炉排気ガスの冷却装置。
