【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は調理時に発生する蒸気を逃がす為の構成を容易
ならしめたものである。

しかも突出部の傾斜面に沿って蓋体を回動するだけで隙
間が確保できるため、その操作性が極めて優れたもので
ある。
