Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、光学式エンコーダに係り、安価で、かつ広い
温度範囲でエンコーダ全使用するに好適なエンコーダに
関する。
第１図に公知技術を示す。図において、１はモードルエ
ンドブラケット、２は／ヤフト、３はホトトランジスタ
（以下ＰＴと略す）、４は発光ダイオード（以下ＬＥＤ
と略す）、５はカバー、６は固定ディスク、７は回転デ
ィスク、８はモードルである。
エンコーダとは、シャフト２の回転に伴って回転ディス
ク７が廻り、固定ディスク６との相対位置により、各々
に設けらｆているスリットが閉じたり開いたりし＼　Ｌ
ＥＤ４からの元金０Ｎ−ＯＦＦし、ＦＴ３により光の０
Ｎ−ＯＦ’Ｐ’ｅ検知して得ら扛る。この時、回転ディ
スク７、固定ディスク６の各々のスリットｍや、ＬＥＤ
４．ＦＴ３のレンズ部に、ごみ等が付着して光をさえぎ
るの全防ぎ、又、回転ディスク７全機械的破壊から保護
するために、カバー５を設けている。
モードル８０回転時、モードル８から発生した熱が、モ
ードルエンドブラケット１、シャフト２を伝わって、カ
バー５内に熱がこもり、カバー５内の温度が上昇し、そ
のため、ＦＴ３．ＬＥＤ４の温度も上昇する。このため
、耐熱グレードの宣い、従って高価ｆｉＰＴ、ＬＥＤｋ
使わなけｔばならない、という欠点を有していた。
本発明の目的は、公知技術の持っていり、耐熱グレード
の高い、高価なＦＴ、ＬＥＤ全使わなけ汎ばならない、
という欠点を除去し、安価なエンコーダ全提供すること
にある。
回転ディスク、ンヤフトヲインナー力バーでおおい、Ｐ
Ｔ、ＬＥＤの支持？インナーカバーとは別の部品で行な
い、ガラス材にパターンを蒸着した固定ディスクでＰＴ
の、又ガラス材でＬＥＤの各々のレンズ部を熱より遮蔽
し、耐熱グレードの低い、従って安価なＰＴ、ＬＥＤｆ
ｆｉ使用可能とし、エンコーダ？安価なものとする。
第２図に本発明の一実施例を示す。図において、１．２
，３，４，５，６．８は従来技術と同じであシ、９はイ
ンナーカバー、１０はＬＥＤカバー、１１はＬＥＤ押さ
え、１２はＦＴ押はえである。
従来技術と同様に、回転ディスクと固定ディスクによっ
て、ＬＥＤ４からの光’１ＯＮ−ＯＦＦさせ、ＦＴ３に
より、光の０Ｎ−ＯＦＦ”ｉ上知する。
この時、モードル８で発生し、モードルエンドブラケッ
ト１、シャフト２により伝達さｎる熱はインナーカバー
９、ＬＥＤカバー１０、固定ディスク６でざえぎらｎ、
ＦＴ３．ＬＥＤ４に伝わらない。以上によｐ、ＰＴ、Ｌ
ＥＤＫ加わる熱が軽減され、耐熱グレードの低い、安価
なＰＴ、ＬＥＤを使用することができ、安価なエンコー
ダを得ることができる。
本発明により、モードル部より発生した熱が、ＰＴ、Ｌ
ＥＤに与える影響を軽減する事ができ、耐熱グレードの
低い、安価なＦＴ、ＬＥＤｋ使用することができるので
、安価なエンコーダを提供する事ができる。

  1. １、発光素子、受光素子及び回転ディスクと固定ディス
    クとより成る光学式エンコーダにおいて、インナーカバ
    ー及びガラスカバー全役け、固定ディスク材質をガラス
    としたこと全特徴とするエンコーダ。
