Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）表面に少なくとも２層の金属層で］構成される電
    極を備え、該電極を構成する前記金属層のうち最外層の
    金属層を部分的に欠いて形成した表示マークを有するこ
    とを特徴とする特性サーミスタ。
  2. （２）前記金属層のうち、最内側の金属層はニッケル無
    電解メッキ層で成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１楢に記載の正特性サーミスタ。
  3. （３）前記最外層の金属層は、焼付は銀で成ること゛を
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    に記載の正特性サーミスタ。
