本発明者らは、粉体であシ表から冷却効果を有する粉体
化粧料を開発すぺ〈鋭意研究の結果、疎水化シリカに水
と滑沢剤を併用すると冷却効果を有するルース状粉体化
粧料が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至っ
