従来の建築用板の製造方法にあっては、第1図のように

外殻となる基材および蓋材が発泡合成樹脂を注入し九の
ち一体とすゐことができ、従来の中突体に発泡合成樹脂
を充填するのに較べて簡単に成蓋できるとともに連続的
生産することができるという利点があり、しかも発泡合
成樹脂の接着力で基材と蓋材とを強固に一体化できゐも
