ンドレス回転体4,5を相反する方向に断続回転し且つ
停止したとき4個の通り抜け孔6,6,6,6が被包装
物Aが通り抜けられるように一致し、さらに前記サイド
ベルトコンベア2,2,15,15と、前記エンドレス
回転体4,5とが交互に断続回転する如くなしたから、
断続搬送される被包装物を折込み装置3の前後に停止さ
せて、前位の被包装物の後端のチューブの端と、後位の
被包装物の前端のチューブの端を同時に折込むことがで
き、実質的には1個の被包装物Aの前後のフイルムの端
を下面に同時に折り込むのと同じことになり、従来のこ
の種包装機の如く前後のチューブの端を別々に2回に分
けて折り込むものに比べて能率が向上するし、包装機の
機体をコンパクト化でき、特に切断刃下動時、前後のエ
ンドレス回転体4,5の作動でフィルムに緊張を加えな
