も利用することができ、かつ、掃気機能をもつことによ
りクリ−ンル−ム内の搬送に利することはいうまでもな
い。

置した掃気ベルトコンベヤにおいて、前記掃気穴をワー
クの進入方向に対してガイド溝の中心線上を起点として
矢形状に次第に増やして配列させたことを特徴とするフ
