チェツキダンパの出口↓こ連結され、前記三方チェツキ
ダンパの１方の入口と連結した導管の途中に上流側から
順に、ダンパ、フィルタ、及び交流モータで駆動される
冷却ファンが配置され、前記三方チェツキダンパの残り
の１方の入口と連結した圧縮空気管の上流端は圧縮空気
源に連結されるとともに途中に上流側から順に止弁、圧
縮空気遮断弁及び減圧オリフィスが配置され、前記吐出
管の途中には、前記吐出管内を流れる冷却気体の圧力を
検出して検出した圧力が所定値以上となつたときに前記
圧縮空気遮断弁を開く圧力スイッチを配置したことを特
