(a) A method in which the outer skin of the shoe is finished by folding it inward; (b) A method in which the cuff of the shoe outer skin is finished by edging it with decorative tape. However, these conventional methods do not have good workability and are likely to cause variations in processing, so they take a lot of time. This required careful processing, leading to an increase in processing costs.

In other words, in recent years, not only functionality but also fashion has become important in boots, etc., and as a result, especially in women's boots, the cuff of the outer skin of the shoe body is not simply cut flat, but has two sides. Since the shape is curved and has many variations, such as being high and the front part is low, in the case of method (a), it is necessary to cut the folded part thinly to eliminate the step caused by the folded edge, and the adhesive After applying the lining material, the lining material must be pasted while being folded back in a curved manner at a predetermined width to fit the curved cut edge.Furthermore, the lining material must be pasted and machine stitched at the shoe opening. It is very time-consuming because the excess part of the fabric must be cut along the seams.

In addition, in the case of method (B), after covering the opening of the shoe body with decorative tape and sewing it on, when pasting the lining material, overlay it on top of the decorative tape, and then sew it onto the shoe body surface. Although this method has better workability than method A, it requires more sewing steps, and therefore, it was never possible to obtain a low-cost product.

Therefore, although this method can be applied to high-quality products such as leather shoes, it is not suitable for relatively inexpensive shoes that are continuously mass-produced such as slush molded shoes.
Therefore, in the case of slush molded shoes, the general method is to attach a backing material to the outer skin of the shoe body and then bind the entire shoe with decorative tape, as shown in FIG. 4C.

The shoe slush molding method involves creating a shoe mold by electroforming, injecting and filling the main body material paste such as vinyl chloride into the shoe mold, and heating it to form a semi-gelled layer on the inner surface of the mold. In this method, the semi-gelled layer is melted and gelled by forming the semi-gelled layer, then discharging the internal ungelled paste and further heating to form the shoe body skin.

In such a slush molding method, the main body material paste is injected and filled into the shoe mold, so it is necessary to inject and fill the material paste to a height higher than the preset shoe opening height, thereby lengthening the shoe main body skin. After pasting the backing material, which is also long, to the outer skin of the shoe body, the shoe opening is cut with a cutter that can be cut to the desired length and shape, and the appropriate back decoration is made. The entire shoe opening is bound with tape.

This method has very good workability compared to methods A and B described above, but on the other hand, the decorative tape is exposed on the backing material of the inner circumferential surface of the shoe opening, resulting in poor appearance. In addition, because decorative tape is simply sewn on, the edges tend to get pinched and damaged when worn, and wrinkles tend to form in areas with strong curvature. It was far from the image of a luxury product.

That is, in the present invention, a groove 12 is provided all around the desired location on the inner wall surface 11 of the body of the shoe mold 10 where the shoe opening is to be formed, and if necessary, a groove 12 is formed along the groove 12. The main body is placed in a shoe mold 10, which has an uneven pattern 14 with a seam design attached to its lower part, and a protruding strip 13 that slightly bulges the upper edge of the groove 12 toward the inner wall surface. The material paste is injected and filled at least up to the upper part of the groove 12, and heated to form a semi-gelled layer on the inner surface of the shoe mold 10. After discharging the ungelled paste, this is further heated to form a semi-gelled layer. By melting and gelling the layer,
A shoe collar line 5 bulges outward at a substantially constant height over the entire circumference of a desired location where the shoe collar portion is to be formed, and a groove 6 is provided on the upper side along the shoe collar line 5 to form that portion. A shoe body skin 1 having a thin wall layer 8 and a stitch pattern 7 on the lower side.
After that, an adhesive 4 is applied to the back side of the shoe body outer layer 1 to attach the backing material 2, and then the shoe body outer layer 1 and the back are bonded together in accordance with the seam pattern 7. The material 2 is sewn with a sewing thread 3 to make it more firmly integrated, and then the sleeve part 1' of the shoe body outer skin 1 and the sleeve part 2' of the lining material 2 are connected to the cuff line 5.
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a slush-molded shoe, characterized in that the opening portion 9 is formed by cutting out the groove 6 provided along the slush molded shoe.

In the present invention, there is no problem even if the stitch pattern 7 is not provided, but in that case, when sewing with the sewing thread 3, the sewing will simply be done along the shoe opening line 5 which is in a slightly bulged state. , it requires skill to sew to a predetermined width without meandering.

On the other hand, if a linear stitch pattern 7 is provided, it is possible to sew neatly and quickly without meandering in accordance with the linear stitch pattern 7.

In addition, when attaching the backing material 2 to the shoe body outer layer 1, it is of course possible to apply the adhesive 4 over the entire inner surface of the shoe outer layer 1 and attach the entire surface, or it may be partially attached. do not have.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the width a of the swollen part of the shoe opening line 5 can be freely formed to a desired width, and may be made to have the same width all around, or may be made partially wide and partially narrow. Of course, it is possible to set it below 0.3 m/m or above 2.0 m/m, but if it is too low, the sense of volume will be poor, and if it is too high, the back side of the shoe opening line 5 of the outer skin 1 of the shoe body will become depressed and the lining material 2 Even if it is pasted, the dent will not disappear and it will look unsightly, which is not desirable.

Since the present invention is a method for manufacturing slush-molded shoes having the above-described structure, the main body material paste in the shoe mold is heated, a semi-gelled layer is formed on the inner surface of the mold, and then the non-gelled paste inside is removed. When drained, the ungelled paste still adheres and remains on the semi-gelled layer due to the surface tension of the paste.
During further heating, the remaining paste flows and is difficult to adhere to the convex portions of the semi-gelled layer, so in the present invention, a small amount of the remaining paste is applied to the portions of the semi-gelled layer corresponding to the convex stripes of the mold. This results in the former being thinner than the latter.

For this reason, when cutting out the part above the groove formed by the protruding line, this part is thin, so it does not require much force to cut, and since the thickness of the cut is small, the cut out part is Since it is inside the bulging collar line, the appearance of the cut is not noticeable, and the groove not only serves as a guide for the cut point during cutting work, but also makes cutting easier due to the guide provided by the recessed groove and the thin wall thickness. Even when cutting with a cutting tool such as scissors, it is possible to eliminate the clumsiness of cutting by cutting into thick parts other than grooves, and to make the cuts beautiful.

Furthermore, the natural bulging roundness of the collar line can be molded to the inner depths of the collar using the ridges of the mold, so even though it is a slush molded shoe, it has the appearance of a conventional high-class shoe at first glance. It is extremely neat and can be easily finished to look good, and it is possible to obtain high-quality shoe products.

In other words, since no decorative tape is required, the appearance is no inferior to that obtained by the method shown in Fig. 4A, which was used for conventional leather shoes, etc., and there is no need to fold the edges inward. Since there is no carbon, the processability is also very good.
