Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）渦発生体及び渦検知機構を設けてなる渦流量計本
    体と、この本体とは別体に形成した平板状の取付板とよ
    りなり、該取付板の平面部には前記渦流量計本体を着脱
    自在に嵌合して装着可能とした装着桟構を設けるととも
    に、シール機構を設け、前記流量計本体を前記取付板に
    前記装着機構を介して装着すると共に、被計測流体の流
    れる系路中に前記シール機構養分して取り付けることに
    より前記被計測流体の流量を計測できるようにした渦流
    量計ユニット。
  2. （２）″取付板に、前記流量計本体の軸と平行な、少く
    とも１ケのバイパス管路を一体に形成したことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の渦流量計ユニ
    ット。
  3. （３）取付板に、栓によって開閉自在とした流量微調節
    用孔を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項又は第２項記載の渦流量計ユニット。
