Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源供給端と基準電位端との間に直列に接続された第1
    および第2の負荷と、該第1および第2の負荷をそれぞ
    れ駆動する直列接続された第1および第2のトランジス
    タと、上記電源供給端の所定値以上の第1および第2の
    電圧を検出して第1および第2の検出出力を供給する電
    源電圧検出回路と、該電源電圧検出回路からの第1の検
    出出力により上記第1のトランジスタを遮断させる第1
    の回路手段と、上記第2の検出出力により上記第2のト
    ランジスタへの駆動電流を上記基準電位端側へ側路する
    第2の回路手段とを具備してなる保護回路。
