第１図は目的とする赤外線検出器用エレメントの電気的
特性を示した。第２図ａは一枚のウェハー２１に於ける
分極の方向とその電気的な結線を、ｂは分極方向が左右
同一のエレメントを、Ｃはそのものの電気的な結線をそ
れぞれモデルに示した。
第３図は、本考案の例を平面図部に縦断面図で示した。
第４図は、同じく本考案のリード電極の重合部に於ける
リード線の接着の状態を縦断面図で示すものである。FIG. 1 shows the electrical characteristics of the intended infrared detector element.
