Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 複数の部材を抱持して締付け固定するための部材で
あって、弾性材で略U字状に形成され,上記複数の部材
の抱持側に折曲げ形成された底部と,上記底部の両端か
ら同一方向に延出した一対の側部と,上記側部の先端部
に設けられ、上記複数の部材の最上部に位置する部材に
形成した係止部に係合するための係合孔と,上記係合孔
の近傍から外側に向いて鋭角に突出するとともに上記係
止部に圧接係止する爪体を有することを特徴とする締付
けバンド。 2 複数の部材を抱持して締付け固定するための部材で
あって,弾性導電材で略U字状に形成され,上記複数の
部材の抱持側に折曲げ形成された底部と,上記底部の両
端から同一方向に延出した一対の側部と,上記側部の先
端部に設けられ,上記複数の部材の最上部に位置する部
材に形成した係止部に係合するための係合孔と,上記係
合孔の近傍から外側に向いて突出するとともに上記係止
部に圧接して機械的に係止するとともに当該係止部と電
気接続するようにした爪体と、上記底部に一体に形成し
た接地端子を有することを特徴とする締付けバンド。 3 接地端子を底部において両側部の延出方向と逆方向
に突出させたことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第2項に
記載の締付けバンド。 4 接地端子の先端を取付板に装着時の取付穴挿入方向
の後側を開いて鉤状にしたことを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第2項又は第3項に記載の締付けバンド。
