Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 数種類の流体を供給する各流体供給管と、同各流体供給
    管からの流体を混合して導く混合流体導管とを有し、上
    記混合流体導管内を流れる混合流体の圧力が常に一定に
    保持されるように一方の流体の流量を一方の流体供給管
    に設けた調節弁を介して制御する圧力調節装置と、他方
    の流体供給管を流れる他方の流体が一方の流体供給管を
    流れる一方の流体に対して設定した比率で混合されるよ
    うに他方の流体を他方の流体供給管に設けた調節弁を介
    して制御する流量設定装置とを設けたことを特徴とする
    流体混合装置。
