Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の流体を供給する第１の供給管路と、同第１の流体
    とは種類の異なる第２の流体を供給する第２の供給管路
    と、同第１、第２の供給管路の接続部から延びた混合流
    体管路とを有する流体混合１　　装置において、前記各
    供給管路のそれぞれに設けた調節弁と、同供給管路のそ
    れぞれに設けた流量計と、同各流量計からの検出信号に
    基いて同各供給管路の流量比が所定値になるように演算
    しその結果得られた制御信号を上記各調節弁のいづれか
    一方へ送って同調節弁を制御する演算制御装置とを具え
    ていることを特徴とした流体混合装置。
