【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は清酒の包装に用いる容器の殺菌法に関する。従
来、清酒はほとんどがビンに充填されていたが最近は多
品種、多様化の傾向により紙容器、プラスチ、り容器化
が進んでいる。これらの容器では、従来のように加熱充
填を行なった場合、冷却に時間がかかり品質の劣化、加
熱臭の発生、等の問題点があり常温無菌充填包装が望ま
れている。
