Claims (1)
- 低圧室と高圧室とが壁を介して設けられて成るケース金
具とそのケース金具の前記壁を貫通して低圧室内および
高圧室内を低圧室内の圧力で往復動するピストンより成
り、しかも前記ピストンの先端部はそのピストンの軸方
向に対して先端側が小径のテーパー面を有すると共にそ
のテーパー面と相対するように高圧室側のピストンの軸
延長方向の壁は外側と貫通し、しかも貫通孔の内周面は
前記ピストンのテーパー面が嵌入するようなテーパー面
を有し、その各テーパー面間で補強材がゴム等の弾性体
で覆われて成るスリーブ、ダイヤフラム或いはホースな
どの円筒体の端部を挾持して成ることを特徴とする気密
試験装置。
